At our most recent beading session at Story & Song, Front Porch Beads donated $3000 to Nassau Habitat for Humanity. Funds donated were raised by selling beaded jewelry at various craft fairs and local events in 2023.
Nassau Habitat for Humanity’s vision is to create a world where everyone has a safe and dignified place to call home. They are a Nassau-county-based 501(c)(3) organization that builds homes and sells them to qualified families and individuals at no profit, using community volunteers in the build to help keep costs down.

Front Porch Beads is proud to support Nassau Habitat for Humanity’s mission with this gift. This organization is just one of nearly 30 different organizations Front Porch Beads supports with the proceeds of their jewelry sales.
