At the Right Whale Festival last month, Front Porch Beads raised $1500 to benefit Right Whales through beaded jewelry sales. Many of the items had marine or whale theme beads or charms to coordinate with the event! In the adjoining tent, volunteers helped over 100 children of all ages to make free beaded bracelets for themselves and their friends and family. Next year, Front Porch Beads will be a proud sponsor of the event and extend their booth space for both fund-raising and kids’ beading activities.
